Here at Carillon we have a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule in place:

• External cleaning, rubbish collection, etc. are done on a weekly basis.
• Internal cleaning/hoovering, on a fortnightly basis.
• Windows are cleaned on a 2 monthly basis.
• Gardening is done on a fortnightly basis.

Communal Smoke/Fire alarms are tested and batteries replaced once a year.

The next test is scheduled for MAY 2015.

Communal Emergency lighting are tested once a year.
