Rubbish Collection Day:

Collection day, for both the general rubbish and recycling, is Tuesday (except on bank holiday Mondays, in which case the rubbish will then be collected on a Wednesday).

 

What will be taken: 

PLEASE NOTE:  

• ONLY rubbish in black bin liners will be taken away.
• NO rubbish left inside carrier bags will be disposed of.
• NO general or electrical household items: such as hoovers, microwaves, plates etc.
• NO cardboard.

Any refuse not securely tied, has in the past, spilt out across the surrounding area and attracted vermin. It is unsightly and unhygienic. Please show consideration to your neighbours and ensure all rubbish is securely tied and kept in the designated areas. 

Where carrier bags of rubbish/cardboard or non-waste items are left in the bin areas, those found responsible will be charged for the cost of removal.
